In our development on Rivero Street, the ashlar elements that had to be preserved on the façade and arcades were dismantled one by one and were placed again on a completely new foundation and structure, which guarantees its durability and stability.
All the exterior carpentry is made of wood painted in different colors, as is mandatory within the historic center. We have tried to play with different types of windows and different colors to give the impression that these are six different buildings to maintain a similar appearance to what they presented in times past.
