We put at your service the possibility of managing Energy Qualification Certificates, which are mandatory for both the rental and sale of properties.
The owners of the same must do it in cases of sale and/or rental of the property. They must do so at the time of publication in any media (real estate portals such as idealista or fotocasa, real estate agencies or other traditional media such as newspapers) as cited in article 12 of Royal Decree 235/2013:
12. The label will be included in all offers, promotions and advertising directed at the sale or lease of the building or building unit. It must always appear on the label, clearly and unequivocally, whether it refers to the energy efficiency certificate of the project or that of the completed or existing building.
The penalties start at €300, so it is not advisable to leave the procedure undone when putting the property up for sale and/or rent.
Furthermore, it should be noted that its duration is 10 years, so we will not incur in any case a duplication of expenditure.
First of all, a visit is made to the corresponding home to collect data. Subsequently, with this data and through the programs approved by the Ministry, a report is prepared that includes:
Energy rating of the home according to the following categories from highest to lowest.
Report on proposed measures to improve said rating.
